Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Elaine Mummery, I am a qualified nutritionist and I have spent 15 years independently researching acne. My studies and subsequent 6 years experience of successfully getting rid of acne of all types, has given me a complete understanding of why the body produces blackheads, whiteheads, papules, pustules, nodules and cysts. Unlike most health practitioners who offer the same medication regardless of the type of spot, I offer precise advice that targets the root cause of each type of spot.

In 2011, 265 clients came to the Elaine Mummery Acne Clinic with the result that 243 achieved clear skin. 12 clients did not want to change their diet or gave up depsite the offer of support and 10 are still working with the EMAC. The majority of these clients have used antibiotics, the contraceptive pill, Roaccutane, laser treatment and microdermabrasion prior to visiting the EMAC; these did not provide a lasting solution.
