  CLINIC CONSULTATION IN GLASGOW

My main base is in Glasgow where I offer a host of different ways in which to get in contact which means that no matter where you live in the world, you can still have a consultation with the Elaine Mummery Acne Clinic.

You can choose to speak to me personally by coming into my clinic or if that does not suit why not opt for a telephone consultation or a consultation via Skype?

As at January 2012: Please note that at the moment I am taking on very few new clients each week due to the amount of clients that I saw in November and December who wanted to start their skincare plan this month.

 ABOUT THE CONSULTATION

A clinic consultation lasts for approximately one hour. During which time I, Elaine Mummery will discuss with you the contents of your lifestyle form and food diary (these forms will be emailed to you within 24 hours of booking your appointment).

If you are coming into the clinic or are having a consultation via Skype, I will be able to see your skin and get a better idea of the extent of the acne problem. If you are booking a telephone appointment, please email a photo of the affected areas to the clinic prior to your consultation.

A detailed personalised skincare plan will be produced and emailed to you within 24 hours of your consultation which will provide you with all the information that you will need to get rid of acne naturally set out in week by week easy to follow steps.

You will be able to contact myself, Elaine Mummery at no extra charge anytime during the 4 weeks. Each week I will check in by email you to ensure that you are seeing results.  This support service is provided to ensure that all of my clients see results from their skincare plans.

CONSULTATION, SKINCARE PLAN AND 4 WEEKS SUPPORT: £ 150.00 - This is a package you are purchasing, unlike other health professionals, I do not expect my clients to return to see me as I work with each client to ensure that their skin clears between the consultation and the 4 weeks that follow*

*There are exceptions to this whereby clients need to work with me for a further period of time as their acne relates to more serious health problems

This cost includes:

• A detailed skincare plan to include all the information discussed during the consultation. The skincare plan will explain the cause of each type of spot and will set out clear week by week steps to allow you to clear your skin naturally. 
• A support and advice service to allow you to have the support that you will need as you work with each step. You will be able to contact the EMAC 7 days a week, this service is offered to ensure that you get results as quickly as possible.
   

If your acne is the result of using pharmaceutical drugs or from long-term health problems, it may take longer than 4 weeks to completely eliminate all of your spots.  An 8 week support and advice service is available at a cost of only £50.00.

PLEASE NOTE

I run a very busy acne clinic between consultations and check in's, it is very important therefore that if you make a booking that you try your best to keep it. At times clients have booked a consultation and have failed to turn up, this not only wastes my time but it stops another acne sufferer from the opportunity of making an earlier appointment. If you cannot make your consultation for whatever reason, please contact my clinic as early as possible.

CLIENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18

I would ask that the parent accompanies any client under the age of 18 and sits in on the consultation. This is especially important if there are any other health problems that need to be taken into account. There will be no exceptions made. My advice differs from what most GPs say and it is important that both parties understand why this is the case.
