Online Consultation

You are purchasing an online consultation with the Elaine Mummery Acne Clinic.

Upon receipt of payment you will be entitled to download a lifestyle form and a food diary. Please complete the appropriate male/female lifestyle form. When completed these forms should be emailed to my clinic along with a photo of the affected area.

This is how the online service works:

• After purchasing an online consultation, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase and advising you of a date when your skincare plan will be processed.
• Please complete your lifestyle form as quickly as possible and email this back to the clinic whilst you work on completing the food diary.
• Any questions relating to your lifestyle form will be emailed to you whilst I await your food diary.
• Please email to me your food diary along with a photo of the affected areas - these must be received no later than the day before your skincare plan is due to be processed or your skincare plan will have to be re-scheduled.
• Your skincare plan will be emailed to you on the agreed date.
• You will be advised of 4 follow up check in dates over the course of 4 weeks - you are also free to contact me anytime during these 4 weeks

For the majority of my clients who have not used acne medication, acne clears within 7-14 days. For clients who have used acne medication (Roaccutane and antibiotics) or who have had long-term poor health, acne may take longer to clear. A support and advice service is offered for clients who need additional support until they achieve clear skin.
