Patient Information All patient information is held securely and can only be accessed by our health practitioner. We never share information with anyone. All testimonials used on our site have been authorised by the client and on occasion names have been changed to protect privacy. Using our shop We do not have any of your personal information stored unless you decide to give it to us. This information would include, your name, delivery and billing address and your email address. Should you give us your email address to receive a free newsletter giving you health updates and special offers from our shop, and wish to cancel, you can cancel this at any time by simply emailing us at info@clinicforacne.com. We do not sell or pass your details to any marketing organisations. Your details will however may be passed on to companies involved in the fulfillment of your order i.e. companies who forward goods on our behalf or to couriers/Royal Mail who need to deliver goods to you. When you pay for your order using your credit/debit card, please note that Elaine Mummery Acne Clinic do not have access to these details. These details are processed through our payment provider Cardnet/Sagepay. We are only informed when your payment has been authorised by you. Disclosure We are happy to disclose to you any personal information that we hold for you.
