RETURNS POLICY

We have selected, what we feel, are the very best products available and are fit for their intended purpose. We want you to be happy with your purchases however if for whatever reason you are not delighted then you are free to return these items back to us.  Our guarantee means that if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return these to us, as long as:-

a. They are unopened and are in their original and resaleable condition

b. They were purchased from us within the last 14 days

c. You have emailed us to inform us of the reason for the return

d. They are returned with the original receipt

Wrap the unopened item securely and post to:- Elaine Mummery Acne Clinic, 32 Clabon Mews, London, SW1X 0EH

A full refund will be issused minus a handling fee of £2.00.  Our handling fee covers credit card refund costs plus postage and packaging for the initial delivery of your goods.  The cost for returning the item will be your responsibility unless the items delivered to you is faulty or was sent in error.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorder-delivery service.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods.  Returns should be made to:- Elaine Mummery Acne Clinic, 32 Clabon Mews, London, SW1X  0EH.  All returned items should be unopened and in their original packaging.

Elaine Mummery Acne Clinic will not accept any responsibilty for loss or damage to goods returned in this way and would encourage customers to wrap items securely and post by recorded delivery or by an alternative tracking method.

Once items are received in their original condition, a refund will be made to your credit/debit card.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

All orders for goods shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out by Elaine Mummery Acne Clinic and as noted above.  No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Elaine Mummery Acne Clinic.
