Many people expect to get results from supermarket vitamins - the reality is that these are poor quality vitamins that contain very little nutritional value. Many of these vitamins fail to even contain the minimum RDA (recommended daily allowance). If you really want to notice a difference, you need to spend a little bit extra or you may just be throwing more money away! |
